"Ella Lee" Sparkling Brut

We are releasing our very first Sparkling Wine, our “Ella Lee” on October 30th! 

The NEW Sparkling Brut is fresh, fun, vibrant, bright and bubbly, and doesn’t take herself too seriously, named after and an ode to Darby’s daughter, Ella! 

This Sparkling Brut composed of 71% Chardonnay, 25% Riesling, 2% Pinot Noir and 2% Muscat, is a traditional method sparkling and underwent a short triage (this keeps it FRESH, FRUITY, LIGHT), bottled in June of 2025 and disgorged 2025. We are also proud to say this wine is 100% WA Sustainable certified!
